Composer’s Note:

A song cycle for tenor, mezzo-soprano and piano with songs from Ray Luedeke’s opera-cabaret My Life with Pablo Neruda. These may be sung in Spanish or in English. The poems by Pablo Neruda describe the love life, sometimes tender sometimes troubled, between the Chilean poet and his 3rd wife, Matilde Urrutia.
