Yellow Submarine Songtrack revisits The Beatles music from the 1968 animated film, replacing the original soundtrack albums orchestral score selections with songs heard in the movie. The collection was newly remixed from the multitrack tapes, giving the familiar recordings a distinct presentation within the bands catalog.

Hey Bulldog brings a hard-edged studio performance to the set, while Eleanor Rigby, Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds, and All You Need Is Love trace the groups mid-1960s expansion in songwriting and arrangement. This edition is presented on CD.
