Two lyrical pieces for 2 flutes and piano. The second piece is a little more demanding than the first, which is slow and song-like throughout. The second piece employs many rapid scalar embellishments in a brief, slow introduction, and continues with a fast, longer dance-like contrapuntal romp to the end. Suitable for advanced students on.
