7 favourite argentinian tangos

Again Gustavo Beytelmann has taken some of the most beautiful tango music ever written and created his own arrangements for solo piano. His selection of ten pieces shows how varied in compositional style the tango can be and his advice on the various aspects of performance practice and interpretation is just inspiring.

Gustavo Beytelmann: ‘This second volume gives me the great chance to show you more beautiful music from Argentina, including masterpieces from composers such as Agustn Bardi (Qu noche!), Ernesto Ponzio (Don Juan), Francisco De Caro (Flores negras) and the immortal Carlos Gardel (Meloda de arrabal and Por una cabeza). Practice hard, play well, and have fun playing this new selection of pieces.’
