Monster by KISS is the bands 20th studio album, arriving in 2012 after the late-career return ofSonic Boom. Recorded with the lineup of Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Tommy Thayer, and Eric Singer, it finds the group leaning into hard rock without outside songwriters.

Lead single Hell or Hallelujah sets the pace with a direct, riff-driven charge, while Wall of Sound and Long Way Down keep the focus on big guitars and clipped, arena-sized choruses. All for the Love of Rock & Roll gives Eric Singer a turn at the mic before the album closes on the punchy Last Chance. Available here on vinyl.
