Commissioned by the American Guild of Organists, this festive anthem for mixed voices and organ is an ideal choice for choirs new to Matthew’s music, as well as existing fans. Lively, rhythmic and compelling, Jubilate Deois also remarkably approachable: the choral lines have been carefully crafted to offer maximum musical impact without being challenging, and the organ part underpins the whole with stimulating syncopated rhythms and harmony.
