Awake is Godsmacks second studio album, released in 2000 as the follow-up to the bands self-titled breakthrough. It arrived at the height of post-grunge radios commercial reach and helped cement Godsmack as one of the formats most durable hard rock acts.

The title track and Greed push the albums blunt-force momentum to the front, while Bad Magick and Sick of Life lean into the darker, more abrasive edge that runs through the record. This edition is available on CD.
