Hot Burritos! Anthology: 19691972 by The Flying Burrito Brothers compiles key recordings from the groups early years following Gram Parsons departure from The Byrds. Drawing from their foundational run of albums, the set captures a band central to shaping country rock, blending Bakersfield-style twang with soul covers and a loose, West Coast sensibility.

Highlights include Hot Burrito #1, a defining Parsons co-write that underscores the bands emotional directness, alongside their take on Wild Horses, recorded before the Rolling Stones released their own version. Cuts like Sin City and Christines Tune (aka Devil in Disguise) reflect their mix of sharp songwriting and rough-edged performance. This edition is presented as a 2-disc CD set.
