Tattoo You by The Rolling Stones followed Emotional Rescue and was assembled largely from unfinished recordings made during earlier sessions. New vocals and overdubs brought the material together as a cohesive studio album. Start Me Up opens the record with its clipped guitar riff, while Waiting on a Friend closes it on a reflective note with saxophone from Sonny Rollins. The loose blues of Black Limousine and the slow-building Worried About You reveal the albums broader range on this CD edition.
