Composer’s Note:

Composed for two talented High School girls, and intended for performance by intermediate level musicians. The nonsense poem by Edward Lear concerns and table and chair who become frustrated by being so sedantary and decided to take a walk. They get lost, but are guided home by a duck, mouse and pig.
