Progressive Cello Solos, Beginning Levelgoes beyond the traditional approach to teaching cello by seamlessly integrating educational content with a unique collection of forgotten old melodies and beautiful new ones. To capture the imagination of young students, many of these pieces are inspired by and named after animals. New techniques are introduced and explained followed by short exercises and illustrative pieces.

The book contains a 32-page pull-out cello part and a piano accompaniment for each piece. This makes the pieces great for recitals and enhances the learning experience. When used in conjunction with your basic method book,Progressive Cello Solos, Beginning Levelserves as a delightful supplement to meet the needs of teachers and students. The goal is to make learning easier and more enjoyable, creating a long-lasting love of the cello and classical music.
